It's hip to be snipped

February is Spay/Neuter Awareness Month

The BC SPCA is urging pet guardians and all animal lovers to do their part to help end the tragedy of pet overpopulation in British Columbia by highlighting the benefits of spaying and neutering for pets during Spay/Neuter Awareness Month in February.

Each year, the BC SPCA cares for thousands of unwanted and abandoned kittens and cats. Thousands more suffer and die alone.   This is a preventable tragedy.

Find out how you can help

The pictures above are of just a few of the hundreds of pups and kittens that have found themselves homeless and at the Sunshine Coast Branch over the years

If you know anyone who has not spayed or neutered their pet,
please pass this posting on; even if it only convinces one person to spay or neuter their pet  . .  . .  it was worth it.
